Non Dairy Bravo Kit is a dietary supplement with non-animal Chondroitin Sulfate and probiotics for the home-made preparation of a fermented drink.
Non Dairy Bravo Kit is a unique combination of fermenting microorganisms, probiotic strains, and prebiotics according to an original proprietary formula exclusively developed by and manufactured for our Swiss company Silver Spring Sagl.
Non Dairy Bravo Kit is entirely made in Europe and it exclusively contains ingredients from certified European sources. All the fermenting microorganisms, the probiotic strains, and the prebiotics in this product are safe for human use. All the ingredients are manufactured for our Swiss company by certified European facilities that guarantee the highest quality and safety.

Non Dairy Bravo Kit is unique for the presence of fermenting strains, specific probiotics (including Bifidobacteria) as well as prebiotics (such as maltodextrins) and non-animal chondroitin sulfate with known properties that make the product a stand-alone game changer. Non Dairy Bravo Kit contains the powders that are necessary to prepare, in your own kitchen, the final liquid fermented product that is ready to drink. The kit has been designed to be very user-friendly; it simply requires that you mix the powders included in the kit with your favorite fruit juice or vegetable juice or vegetable milk or any other liquid of your choice.
The philosophy behind our formulation allows a huge number of customizations in your kitchen, compared to most of the non-dairy probiotic drinks available on the market. You can therefore prepare your own drink in accordance with your individual taste, needs and habits.
EACH Non Dairy Bravo Kit contains the powders for the preparation of 12 liters of fermented product. Each Kit contains:
– 12 Sachets of Culture Starter (blend of active cultures – cultured kefir grains and Bifidobacteri – infantis, bifidum, lactis, longum).
– 12 Sachet of Probiotic Complex (blend of maltodextrin and microbial cultures: Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium bifidum).
– 12 Sachets of non-animal Chondroitin Sulfate
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF 1 LITER OF FERMENTED DRINK
The use of Non Dairy Bravo Kit is very simple; it takes only a few minutes of your time and then, 24 hours later, you have your product ready to drink. Simply mixing 1 sachet of each type of powder included in the Kit in 1 liter (or 1 quart) of a liquid of your choice, yields, 24 hours later, your fermented drink ready to use, in an amount that will be enough for 10 days.
To prepare 1 liter (or 1 quart) of your favorite fermented drink you just need, besides the powders included in the kit, 1 liter (or 1 quart) of any liquid of your choice.
Some examples of liquids that you can easily ferment using Non Dairy Bravo Kit are: fruit juices (fresh or concentrate), vegetable juices, vegetable milk (such as rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk). Also homemade fruit juice can be fermented and below you can find a recipe for a DIY fruit juice.
Add 1 sachet Probiotic Complex Supplement, 1 sachet Culture Starter and 1 sachet non-animal Chondroitin sulfate supplement to 1 liter (or 1 quart) of a liquid of your choice.
It might be easier to dissolve the powders in a small amount (2-3 tablespoons) of the liquid and then to pour this small amount into the rest of the liquid. Some clumps may remain in the liquid; however, during the fermentation process they tend to spontaneously dissolve.
Loosely cover the container where the fermentation process is occurring (it can be the original bottle/container or it can be a jug) and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours to allow mixture to ferment.
The optimum fermentation temperature is between 16 and 26 °C (60 – 78 °F). However, the product has been formulated to be very flexible and to tolerate a wider range of temperatures while fermenting. There is no need to mix or stir during the fermentation.
After the 24 hours fermenting period, mix/shake well and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
The fermented product, for the abundance of fermenting microorganisms, probiotics and prebiotics might look opaque (not transparent) and, after sitting in the refrigerator for a while, it might form a visible sediment. The presence of opaqueness and sediment is normal and it indicates that the fermentation process naturally occurred. The taste and the texture of the original liquid won’t be significantly affected by the fermentation process.
Drink no more than 100 ml (3.3 liquid ounces) per day of the liquid fermented mixture. Mix/shake well before drinking. Discard any remaining liquid at the end of 10 days.
Note: The three components of the kit (Starter, Probiotic Complex Supplement and Chondroitin Sulfate Supplement) should not be used separately; they are not intended to be used directly.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN HOMEMADE FERMENTED FRUIT JUICE
Ingredients for 1 liter (or 1 quart):
– 1 liter (or 1 quart) of non-chlorinated still mineral water
– 1 tablespoon of cane sugar (or refined sugar)
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1 dried prune (without the kernel) or any other type of dried fruit
Put the ingredients in a large glass bowl, add 1 sachet Probiotic Complex Supplement, 1 sachet Culture Starter and 1 sachet non-animal Chondroitin Sulfate Supplement. Dissolve the powders, then loosely cover the glass bowl and let it stand at room temperature for 24 hours to allow mixture to ferment. After the 24 hours fermentation time mix the content with a tablespoon, remove the dried fruit, transfer the product into a glass jug filtering it through a metal strainer to remove any traces of fruit, if necessary. Mix/shake well and refrigerate for up to 10 days. Mix/shake well before drinking. Discard any remaining liquid at the end of 10 days.
Please note: The recipe described below is the one that our company developed and tested for the total bacterial count, the measure of pH and of the alcohol content (zero). The product, in general terms, can be prepared using different recipes (dried fig or dried apricot rather than prune). Please note that in case you decide of not using the suggested recipe (but different fruit juices) the total bacterial count, the pH and the alcohol content might vary depending on the amount of sugar in the liquid of your choice.
FOR HYGIENE OF THE TOOLS
Utensils necessary for the preparation of your fermented drink can be washed in a regular dishwasher.
The amount of calories, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and other nutrients depend on the liquid that you intend to ferment.
Storage of Non Dairy Bravo Kit (containing the powders).
Store the Non Dairy Bravo Kit (that is the Kit with its three powder components) in the refrigerator, in its original bag, at a temperature between +2 and +4 °C (35-39 °F), and away from humidity. The Kit with the powders can be stored also at room temperature (no more than 25°C) until the date written on the labels/bags of each component.
Storage of the liquid fermented drink.
Store the fermented drink in a glass container (better with a lid) in the refrigerator, at a temperature between +2 and +4 °C (35-39 °F). The fermented drink can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
SUGGESTIONS FOR CONSUMPTION AND WARNINGS
The fermented product, for the abundance of fermenting microorganisms, probiotics and prebiotics will look opaque (non transparent) and, after sitting in the refrigerator for a while, will form a visible sediment. The presence of opaqueness and sediment indicates that the fermentation process occurred.
The taste and the texture of the original liquid won’t be significantly affected by the fermentation process.
Before drinking the fermented drink, mix/shake it well. The suggested serving size is 100 ml (3.3 liquid oz) per day. The product can be consumed as it is (100 ml or 3.3 liquid oz per day), or diluted, before drinking it, with non-chlorinated potable water.
Do not exceed the suggested serving size. Keep the product out of reach of children. Not intended for use by those with serious medical conditions, pregnant or lactating women. Always consult a Physician before adding supplements to your diet.
Non Dairy Bravo Kit is dairy-free, soy- and gluten-free, and does not contain Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). The product does not contain ingredients of animal origin.
Please note: the product is manufactured in a facility where milk and milk derivatives are used.
